These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://privatelvtutors.com/ (the “Site”) and the tutoring, academic support, test preparation, small-group tutoring, communications, and related educational services offered by Private LV Tutors, also referred to as Private Las Vegas Tutors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, submitting a registration or inquiry form, purchasing a tutoring plan, scheduling or participating in tutoring, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility and Minors
The Site may be used by adults seeking tutoring services for themselves or for students under their care.
Because Private LV Tutors provides educational services to children and students of various ages, a parent or legal guardian may register for, purchase, schedule, or otherwise arrange Services on behalf of a minor.
If you purchase or arrange Services for a minor, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old;
You have the authority to arrange Services for the student;
You consent to the student's participation in the Services; and
You accept responsibility for payments and communications relating to the Services.
Students under 18 should not independently enter into a purchase or other binding transaction through the Site without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
SMS enrollment and consent under Section 12 of these Terms are limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
3. Services
Private LV Tutors provides individualized tutoring and educational support services.
Services offered through the Site may include tutoring or academic support in areas such as:
Mathematics
Reading and writing
English language arts
Science
Physics
Chemistry
Biology
Calculus and other advanced mathematics
Elementary, middle school, high school, and college coursework
SAT and ACT preparation
Other standardized test preparation identified on the Site
Homework support
Individual tutoring
Small-group tutoring
Tutoring may be provided in person, including at a student's home where available, or through other formats expressly offered by Private LV Tutors.
The availability of particular tutors, subjects, programs, schedules, locations, and tutoring formats may vary.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue particular Services or programs, subject to any obligations we have for Services already purchased.
4. Registration and Information You Provide
You may be required to provide information when registering for or requesting Services.
This information may include:
Parent or guardian name
Email address
Phone number
Student name
Current school
Grade level
School subject
Home or service address
City and ZIP code
Information concerning how you heard about us
Comments or information relating to the student's tutoring needs
You agree that information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for promptly informing us of changes to information that may materially affect our ability to provide or coordinate Services.
5. Tutoring Plans, Fees, and Purchases
5.1 Tutoring Plans
Private LV Tutors offers tutoring plans and programs through the Site. Available plans, included tutoring hours, pricing, registration fees, grade levels, and other plan-specific details may vary.
The Site currently displays plans for categories including elementary school, middle school, high school, college, standardized test preparation, and group tutoring.
The terms and pricing displayed on the applicable product or plan page at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with us.
5.2 Registration Fee
Certain tutoring plans displayed on the Site include a one-time student registration fee of $45.
Where applicable, the registration fee and any other charges will be disclosed as part of the applicable tutoring plan or purchase information.
5.3 Pricing
Prices for Services vary depending on factors such as grade level, program, plan, tutoring format, and number of tutoring hours.
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may change prices or plan offerings prospectively. Any price changes will not alter a completed purchase unless otherwise agreed by the parties or required by law.
5.4 Payment
When purchasing Services through the Site, you agree to pay all charges shown and authorized as part of your order.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted in connection with a purchase.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may delay or suspend the corresponding Services until payment is resolved, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Scheduling and Availability
Private LV Tutors offers tutoring designed to accommodate student and family schedules.
Tutoring dates, times, locations, tutor assignments, and availability are subject to coordination and confirmation.
The Site indicates that tutors may be available throughout the week; however, availability of a particular tutor, subject, location, or appointment time is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate scheduling and contact information and for communicating scheduling changes to Private LV Tutors as reasonably necessary.
We may need to modify a scheduled tutoring session because of tutor availability, emergencies, operational issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. When appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an alternative arrangement.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Any cancellation, rescheduling, credit, refund, expiration, or unused-session terms specifically disclosed to you during registration, purchase, scheduling, or enrollment will apply to the applicable Services.
If no specific policy is displayed or provided for a particular issue, you should contact Private LV Tutors at [email protected] or (702) 326-6922 before purchasing or canceling Services to confirm the applicable terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
8. Student Participation and Conduct
Students are expected to participate appropriately and respectfully during tutoring sessions.
Parents, guardians, and students agree not to engage in conduct that:
Threatens or endangers a tutor or another person;
Materially disrupts instruction;
Harasses, abuses, or discriminates against a tutor or other participant;
Damages property; or
Violates applicable law.
We may end or decline to continue a tutoring session or relationship when reasonably necessary to protect tutors, students, personnel, or the integrity of the Services.
9. Educational Outcomes and No Guarantees
Private LV Tutors seeks to provide high-quality individualized academic support. However, educational outcomes depend on numerous circumstances beyond our control.
These may include:
Student participation and effort
Attendance
Existing academic ability
School curriculum
Assignment and examination requirements
Testing conditions
Study habits
Teacher or school grading practices
Changes in standardized examinations
Other individual circumstances
Accordingly, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Private LV Tutors does not guarantee:
A particular grade or grade increase;
A particular standardized test score or score increase;
Passing any examination;
Admission to any school, college, university, or program;
Receipt of a scholarship or financial aid;
Completion of coursework within a specific period; or
Any other particular academic result.
Testimonials, student experiences, reviews, and examples displayed on the Site describe individual experiences and are not guarantees that another student will achieve the same results.
10. Acceptable Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
Use the Site in violation of applicable law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, systems, or accounts;
Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Site;
Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful material;
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or information without authorization;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
Use Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes; or
Circumvent security or access-control measures.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

You may not, without prior written permission:
Reproduce or republish protected materials;
Sell or commercially distribute materials;
Modify or create unauthorized derivative works;
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
Use Private LV Tutors' names, logos, or branding in a manner suggesting unauthorized sponsorship or affiliation.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12. Text Message Communications (SMS)
12.1 Eligibility and Consent
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS or text messages from Private LV Tutors.
Where an SMS opt-in is presented, by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting to text communications, you authorize Private LV Tutors to send informational and transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing tutoring services.
12.2 Types of Messages
Messages may include:
Tutoring inquiry follow-ups
Registration-related communications
Appointment or tutoring session confirmations
Appointment and session reminders
Scheduling and rescheduling communications
Service-related updates
Responses to customer questions or requests
We will only send marketing or promotional messages where appropriate consent has been obtained as required by applicable law.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Private LV Tutors.

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates, terms, and conditions apply.
12.4 Opting Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional messages through that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again or otherwise initiate a communication where a response is permitted by law.

12.6 Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, incomplete, or misdirected messages.
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier, device, network availability, and other circumstances outside the control of Private LV Tutors.
12.7 Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers that support delivery of the messaging service, subject to appropriate limitations on their use of that information.
13. Privacy
Our collection, use, and handling of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
PRIVATE LV TUTORS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE;
ALL SITE INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT;
TECHNOLOGY USED TO PROVIDE THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF INTERRUPTIONS OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES; OR
THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR ACADEMIC RESULT.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIVATE LV TUTORS AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, TUTORS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INDIRECT LOSSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PRIVATE LV TUTORS FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PRIVATE LV TUTORS FOR THE SERVICES DIRECTLY GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability. Where such restrictions apply, this section will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Private LV Tutors and its owners, employees, tutors, contractors, representatives, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:
Your material violation of these Terms;
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site or Services;
Information or materials you provide in violation of another person's rights; or
Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
This section does not require indemnification to the extent a claim results from the negligence, willful misconduct, or legal responsibility of Private LV Tutors where such responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted.
18. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Services or the Site when reasonably necessary because of:
Material violation of these Terms;
Unlawful conduct;
Nonpayment for Services;
Fraud or misuse;
Threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct; or
Circumstances that make continued provision of Services impracticable or unlawful.
Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination, including valid payment obligations for Services already provided.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another applicable law controls.
Before filing a legal action, you and Private LV Tutors agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and describing the nature of the dispute and the requested resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Nevada, subject to any venue, jurisdiction, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
20. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, Site, business practices, or applicable law.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the document will be revised.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
23. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific terms presented and accepted in connection with a tutoring plan, enrollment, registration, or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Private LV Tutors regarding the applicable Site and Services.
If specific written terms applicable to a particular tutoring plan conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will control with respect to that plan to the extent of the conflict.
